So, I'm using GMS 2 on a Mac. I just bought it as I had a mac for the last couple of years and I've missed GM since I used GM8 back then. It's been a pain in the ass trying to get everything to work for exporting (the certificates are really annoying), but I finally got it to export. So, I'm using GMS 2 on a Mac. A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Damaged In Transit (itch) Mac Os Catalina
You've taken the train fifteen times in the last two months, and still haven't bought a railcard. An uncomfortable amount of blood has been sucked from your arm in a tiny tube; all with the same results from lab. But you put up with it, because you need those tiny, orange pills
TRANSIT is a short game about a Scottish trans woman who makes games about how much it kinda sucks trying to get on HRT.

Loved this—visuals were incredible and having just a little bit more anecdotal insight is always good for me. Thank you for putting this out there
Intriguing storytelling, thank you for this. As a bit of a subway-fetishist, I quite liked riding the low-res train.
(trivia note -- my Mac download didn't run until I chmod+x'd the executable in the package...)
I'm totally aware of the Mac issues, sorry! Been away at events the last couple weeks, and with me not having a Mac it's hard to really work out if fixes work, but thanks for letting me know.

Neat experience, and awesome to see this limited resolution + colour palette used to thematic effect too. The one downside of this is text can sometimes become difficult to read against such strong white colours, I found myself staring at a few ceilings trying to bits of text.
Otherwise, cool game!

1. Got new Mac Pro with Parallels and XP Pro preinstalled. (Disks included)
2. Installed all apps, updated everything, moved my life to this machine.
3. Discovered it was damaged in transit, so a replacement is being sent out, also with Parallels and XP Pro preinstalled.
4. They won't let me swap drives, so I think I'm going to have to clone the damaged to the new machine. After I do this I will have the 'wrong' versions of Parallels and XP Pro on the new machine - in other words, I'll be replacing the preinstalled versions with those from the damaged machine.
My intention is to then uninstall XP Pro and Parallels from the new machine, and re-install them from the disks that came with the new machine, so my disks and installed versions are 'in sync'.
Looking at the Parallels manual, it appears that I would first delete the XP Pro virtual machine, using the Delete VM option in Parallels. Then I can uninstall Parallels itself. And then reverse the procedure using the new disks.
Any potential ills to watch out for? Or does this sound straightforward enough?
